Epoxy is a coating system, not a can of paint
The floors that fail within months are almost always ordinary paint rolled over unprepared concrete. Genuine epoxy is a two-part thermosetting resin that chemically bonds to a properly ground slab and cures into a hard, continuous layer. Preparation is where the job is won
Every floor we pour starts the same way: diamond grinding to open the concrete, crack and joint repair, then a primer and base coat before any finish goes down.
